Communications Specialist

Responsibilities You will lead and execute communication plans aligned with business priorities and organizational goals Further, you will research audiences and develop strategies to drive engagement and understanding Create and deliver engaging, multi‑channel content (video, audio, visual, and written) Ensure all communications meet brand standards for quality, design, messaging, and consistency Manage projects and coordinate internal teams and external partners Also, you will build strong relationships with business teams and promote internal brand awareness And you will maintain intranet content and support consistent communication practices aligned with company standards Measure effectiveness and use insights to improve communications and inform future strategies What makes you great You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field Bring a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience Work independently and collaboratively as a proactive, self‑starter Set priorities, solve problems, and remain resourceful under pressure You can apply strong editorial, grammatical, and writing skills to produce high‑quality content and meet deadlines And you demonstrate attention to detail, critical thinking, flexibility, and strong organizational skills, with a desire to learn and grow Translate complex information into clear, useful insights tailored to the target audience; use tools such as MS Office, SharePoint, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere), and quickly learn new technologies What we offer you Linde is a leading global industrial gases and engineering company with 2025 sales of $34 billion.
