Responsibilities:

• Conducts an individual or group presentation in-store providing product knowledge and excellent customer service.

• Attends training classes on an on-going basis. Participates in demonstration/assessment quality assurance with the Sales Managers and/or Sales Training Managers.

• Ensures all customer questions are answered in a direct and professional manner. (Active listening is paramount)

• Exceeds expectations with key performance indicators as provided by Sales Managers.

• Explain the features and benefits of the product and recommends specific implementations.

• Delivers accurate reporting and documentation on sales production and customer information.

• Achieves personal objectives and professional benchmarks as provided or determined throughout the fiscal year.

 

Requirements:

• Reliability: Do you have consistent, full time availability?

• Integrity: Do you pride yourself on your results and how you achieve them?

• Attitude: Problem-solving, goal-crushing, fun-loving, positive and winning attitude! Vibe check!

• Proven experience as a Sales Representative, or in other sales/customer service role

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Ability to build professional relationships and maintain rapport

• Ambition, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn

• Organizational and time-management skills

• Enthusiastic about working in a team environment

• Knowledge of CRM software (eg. Salesforce) is a plus

• BS or BA in business administration, sales, marketing, finance, economics, communication, public relations, or entrepreneurship.
