Sunroom Sales Representative

Champion Window - Sunroom Sales Representative Champion Window is looking for an experienced in‑home sales professional to drive sales of sunrooms and windows. Responsibilities Conduct in‑home sales presentations by building trust and educating customers. Identify customer needs and wants and utilize Champion’s proven sales presentation. Negotiate and close the sale. Participate in daily sales and training meetings and coaching sessions. Qualifications Proven success in consultative or in‑home sales, preferably with high‑ticket products or services. Strong closing and negotiation skills with the ability to build trust and overcome objections. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills. Self‑motivated, competitive, and driven to achieve and exceed sales goals. Ability to manage a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to meet customer availability. Comfortable conducting in‑home consultations and providing customized solutions. Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to manage multiple appointments and follow‑up activities. Proficient with CRM systems, mobile technology, and basic math and computer applications. Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel within the assigned territory. Ability to accurately measure, assess customer needs, and explain product features, financing options, and installation processes. High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree or sales certifications are a plus. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Preferred Backgrounds Home improvement, windows, doors, roofing, siding, bath remodeling, or outdoor living sales. HVAC, flooring, kitchen and bath, furniture, mattress, or other high‑value retail sales. Automotive, real estate, insurance, or other consultative sales environments. Experience selling products with financing options and one‑call close presentations. Benefits Unlimited earning potential – $100,000–$200,000 plus potential first year out.
