CMM OPERATOR

Job TitleBuckeye Shapeform is AS910 certified providing electronic enclosures to a variety of industries including audio/video, telecommunications, medical and transportation. Additionally, Buckeye Shapeform possesses precision deep draw metal forming capabilities providing mission critical components to military and aerospace applications.Experience operating a CMM is required. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, and applicable GD&T requirements, CMM Programming experience, and dimensional layout skills are desired. Familiarity with Polyworks programming a plus. May additionally be responsible for conducting, as directed/delegated, tests, data collection, data entry, problem evaluation, SPC Analysis, charting, calibration, and summary, reports, as relates to manufactured and/or incoming products also process/internal auditing. Perform destructive/non-destructive tests on materials, parts, or products measuring performance or material characteristics, as required.Qualifications: High School/Technical school, mathematical skills as related to the position, good organizational skills and must be detail oriented. The successful candidate must be proficient with computer skills including MS Office applications.
