We are hiring a team of Data Entry / Enrollment Specialists based in the DC metropolitan area (VA,MD) to support a health insurance organization through their open enrollment season. The selected candidates will be entering data in a timely manner and contributing towards the center's achievement of providing exceptional quality. Additional expectations include:

* Provide, accept and act on performance feedback from peers, business partners, leadership and customer survey results
* Demonstrate willingness to learn and effectively apply new skills/techniques as customer expectations change
* Complete projects in established timeframes, as deemed necessary
* Other tasks as assigned

These positions are onsite opportunities (5x per week) in Washington DC (Metropolitan Square). Our client is an exceptional organization servicing the Federal Marketplace offering Health Insurance. Important to note:
(1) One-time video interview will be held on Aug 11 (Time is TBD)
(2) First day of employment will be Thursday Sept 10 (4 hours, onsite)
(3) First day of Training will be Monday Sept 14 at 8am in Washington DC - no pre-planned absences from Sept to Mar will be permitted.

Required Skills

* Must have a High School Diploma (Required)
* 3 years+ of high volume data entry experience in a real-time production environment. Must have worked within an Enrollment department. Any industry would suffice, but Healthcare Payor enrollment department is a BIG PLUS
* Must have basic computer literacy abilities and software understanding, specifically MS Suite
* Demonstrate above average WPM and accuracy
* Experience reviewing large volumes of documentation
* Experience analyzing data
* Background requirements include:
(1) Accountable for accuracy of data entry records
(2) Worked in a measurable high production environment
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Health Care Industry Experience will be a plus (not required)
* Positive Attitude, Reliability, Professionalism is a MUST
