Marketing & Brand Engagement Representative (Full-Time | On-Site) SHIK Consulting Group works with brands that don’t want to blend in - they want to be seen, remembered, and chosen. We’re expanding our team and looking for individuals who want to build real marketing experience in an environment where performance, communication, and consistency actually matter. This is a hands‑on role focused on live campaigns and direct engagement, not behind‑the‑scenes digital work. What You’ll Be Doing Supporting marketing campaigns through in-person brand representation Engaging with customers to communicate offers, services, and promotions Contributing to customer acquisition and sales through daily interactions Learning how campaigns are executed, tracked, and improved Working with a team to maintain strong performance across active campaigns What We’re Looking For Strong communication skills and confidence in face-to-face settings Someone who prefers a fast‑paced, active work environment Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and improve Reliable, professional, and able to work well within a team Full‑time availability and able to commute to our Landover location What You’ll Get Weekly pay (W2 position) with a base rate + performance incentives Structured training covering marketing, sales, and client campaigns Clear progression opportunities based on results A supportive, team‑focused environment with ongoing coaching Next Step Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a brief initial Zoom interview (10–15 minutes).
