Investment Sales Associate — New York City

What You'll Be Doing
You'll operate as a broker within the New York City market, working alongside senior deal-makers to identify opportunities, build client relationships, and close transactions. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Cold calling building owners and prospective clients
- Generating and managing listing leads
- Performing property valuations and market analyses
- Attending and coordinating property tours
- Canvassing your market and building your pipeline
- Leveraging our proprietary database loaded with every NYC owner, transaction, and property data point
What IPRG Brings to the Table
- Training. New agents go through an intensive 3-month onboarding program with daily training sessions, role-plays, and workshops covering cold calling, property valuation, and deal negotiation. Built by brokers, for brokers, developed by a team with over 1,200 closed transactions. All agents receive ongoing coaching and development through their first 24 months and beyond.
- Mentorship. You'll work directly alongside some of the most recognized brokers in NYC, proven deal-makers with a decade or more of experience.
- Technology. Our proprietary Salesforce-based platform gives you an edge in market intelligence and client outreach that other brokers don't have.
- Geographic Exclusivity. Full exclusivity over a dedicated core area within the five boroughs.

- Earning Potential. This is an independent contractor, 100% commission-only position with one of the most competitive split structures in the market. Our brokers build substantial income within their first few years, with no ceiling on what they can earn.
