About the Role As a PCA/CNA with Cherished Home Services LLC, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive the care and support they need to live comfortably and with dignity. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone with at least one year of caregiving who is ready to bring their skills and compassion to a team that values quality care. Key Responsibilities In this role, you'll be responsible for tasks such as: Assisting clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Providing mobility support, including transferring and positioning. Preparing meals and assisting with feeding when necessary. Offering companionship and emotional support to clients. Monitoring and reporting changes in clients' health or behavior to the appropriate team members. Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients. Required Skills and Qualifications To be successful in this position, you'll need: 1 year of caregiving experience (PCA or CNA certification preferred). A genuine passion for helping others and a patient, empathetic nature. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work independently and follow care plans effectively.
