Active PCA, CNA, or Nursing Assistant certification is required.
Applicants must provide a hard or soft copy of their certificate/license on or before the interview.

???? Competitive Pay Rates
$16.00 – $18.50 per hour , based on credentials.
⭐ + $0.50/hr raise after completing paid training

???? Provide companionship and emotional support
???? Assist with bathing, grooming, and dressing
???? Light housekeeping and laundry
???? Prepare simple, nutritious meals
???? Provide medication reminders
????️‍????️‍???? Support families with safe caregiving techniques

✅ Requirements
???? Active PCA, CNA, or Nursing Assistant certification ( Required – No Exceptions )
???? Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
????️ Strong communication skills
???? Ability to follow individualized care plans
???? Ability to lift at least 25 lbs
???? Dementia care experience (preferred)
✔ Ability to pass a background check
