Contract Type: Contract
Candidate Pay Rate: $52 - $36.4 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
Provide physical therapy treatments following the PT's plan of care
Document patient progress and response to treatment accurately
Assist with patient education and home exercise programs
Communicate patient status to supervising Physical Therapist
Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Active California PTA License (or ability to obtain)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to follow treatment plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Education
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Knowledge & Skills
Physical therapy techniques and modalities
Patient care and documentation
Compliance and infection control
Interdisciplinary collaboration
