Territory Sales Manager – Agriculture

Are you an agricultural salesperson who wants the freedom to own and grow a territory?

This role is built for someone who knows agriculture, enjoys being in front of customers, and can turn relationships into business. You'll take over an established territory with existing customers while being expected to find new opportunities and expand the business.

What you'll be doing

You'll spend your time in the territory working with agricultural businesses, learning how they operate, understanding what they need, and finding opportunities to earn their business.

You'll be responsible for:

• Developing and growing existing customer relationships.
• Prospecting and opening new accounts.
• Identifying customer needs and matching them with the right products and solutions.
• Managing a large territory independently.
• Staying in front of customers and following through after the sale.
• Working with the internal team to make sure customers are taken care of.

Who we're looking for

Your agricultural experience could come from equipment, parts, manufacturing, agronomy, application, distribution, ag retail, or another part of the industry.

What matters is that you understand agriculture and know how to sell.

You should be comfortable walking into a new account, starting a conversation, asking good questions, and earning trust. We're looking for someone who can manage their own schedule, stay organized, and keep pushing for new business without needing someone constantly directing the day.

You don't need to come in knowing every product. You do need the curiosity and initiative to learn them well enough to understand where they can solve a customer's problem.

The opportunity

This isn't a territory you're building from zero. There are existing customers and relationships to take care of, along with plenty of opportunity to expand the business.

You'll have the autonomy to manage the territory, support behind you when you need it, and the ability to directly influence how large the business becomes.
