Location: Barcroft Plaza (Falls Church, VA) Job Type: Part time Pay: $14.00-$17.00 Schedule: Flexible availability required, including afternoons/evenings and weekends Benefits:

What You'll Do

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Greet families, answer calls, and respond to emails with professionalism, warmth, and urgency
• Guide the Family Journey: Support families through enrollment, program selection, and ongoing account needs
• Promote Our Mission: Communicate the value of our swim curriculum and life-saving water safety skills
• Resolve with Care: Handle scheduling, billing, and account inquiries efficiently and accurately
• Celebrate Every Win: Recognize student milestones with enthusiasm-stickers, high-fives, and encouragement
• Create a Welcoming Environment: Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk and lobby
• Collaborate as a Team: Participate in trainings, team meetings, and support teammates to deliver a consistent experience

What We're Looking For

• Customer service experience (sales, hospitality, admin, or similar roles)
• Experience working with children (babysitting, coaching, teaching, etc.) preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
• Clear, friendly, and professional communication skills
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive, can-do attitude
• Passion for helping families and making a meaningful impact
