Social Worker – Full Time Neffsville Nursing & Rehab | Lancaster, PA Neffsville Nursing & Rehab is seeking a full-time Social Worker to join our compassionate team in Lancaster, PA. In this role, you will serve as a key advocate for residents—supporting their emotional well-being, guiding families, and helping ensure a smooth transition into and throughout their stay with us.
