Shipping & Receiving Associate (Warehouse/Manufacturing)

Location: Milton, PA

Schedule:

• Monday – Thursday: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM

• Friday: 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM

• Some overtime required

Pay: $16.00/hour

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our warehouse/manufacturing team in Milton, PA. This role involves handling materials, preparing shipments, and supporting daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process outgoing shipments and incoming materials

• Move and stage pallets throughout the warehouse

• Operate basic tools, including a nail gun , to secure materials

• Assist with general warehouse and production tasks

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Requirements

• Ability to lift, move, and handle heavy pallets regularly

• Comfortable working in a warehouse/manufacturing environment

• Experience with hand tools (including nail gun) preferred

• Steel-toe boots required

• Strong work ethic and reliability

• Ability to work scheduled hours and overtime as needed

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milton, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
