Job Description The Olivia Herman Agency is a locally owned Farmers Insurance agency and a Top 10% agency nationwide. Our Customer Service Representative is a key part of the client experience, serving as a primary point of contact for clients. This role requires strong communication, organization, and follow-through while handling service requests, payments, policy changes, and client education.
