The Opportunity On behalf of our client, we are seeking an exceptional Machinery Project Sales Engineer to spearhead sales initiatives across Turkish and European markets. Responsibilities Design and implement comprehensive sales strategies targeting Turkey and European markets for industrial parts washing machinery Identify, engage, and cultivate long-term partnerships with factory managers, plant operation directors, and industrial business owners Provide expert technical guidance and customized machinery solutions tailored to client operational requirements Oversee all stages of the sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and contract finalization Work closely with engineering, production, and after-sales teams to ensure seamless project delivery Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging market opportunities Represent the company at international trade fairs, industry exhibitions, and high-level client meetings across Europe Maintain accurate pipeline management, sales forecasting, and performance metrics using CRM platforms Required Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering Minimum 5-10 years of proven success in industrial machinery sales with documented achievements Deep understanding of machinery specifications, manufacturing processes, and industrial applications Established network of factory managers, plant operation directors, and manufacturing business owners Advanced skills in Excel and CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent) Fluent English (written and spoken); additional European languages highly advantageous Willingness and ability to travel extensively across Turkey and European markets (up to 50% travel) Highly Preferred Qualifications Direct experience in industrial parts washing machinery, cleaning systems, or related industrial equipment (automotive cleaning, ultrasonic washing, spray washing systems, etc.) Proven track record of successful sales in Germany, Italy, France, or other EU markets German or Italian nationality/heritage or substantial professional experience working in these markets Familiarity with automotive supply chain, aerospace manufacturing, or precision engineering industries Active relationships with key decision-makers in European industrial sectors Ideal Candidate Profile You are a technically savvy sales professional who combines engineering knowledge with exceptional commercial acumen.
