Territory Sales Representative | Spartanburg, SC

Protect 1 Family is expanding in Spartanburg, and we’re looking for someone who wants a long-term sales career where performance directly drives income, advancement, and opportunity.

This is a B2B outside sales role in a local territory. You’ll meet in person with business owners, decision-makers, and employees to make supplemental benefits available to support their employees and families. You’ll generate new business through referrals and in-person prospecting, and build lasting relationships in the local business community.

You’ll receive hands-on training and ongoing support while learning how to manage your territory, build a consistent sales pipeline, strengthen your sales skills, and develop professionally. Advancement is based on performance, with opportunities to grow into leadership for those interested in taking on greater responsibility.

Previous sales experience is helpful but not required. We’re willing to train individuals who bring the right work ethic, communication skills, and willingness to learn.
