About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Finance to provide strategic financial leadership and manage the organization's accounting and finance functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all financial operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and treasury. This executive role requires close partnership with senior leadership to drive financial performance, enhance operational efficiency, and support long-term business growth. Key responsibilities also include overseeing month-end close, financial statement preparation, and ensuring compliance with GAAP and internal controls. The VP of Finance will be expected to provide strategic financial analysis, lead and mentor the accounting and finance team, and drive process improvements. Applicants for the Vice President of Finance position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, with a CPA and/or MBA preferred. A minimum of 10 years' progressive finance and accounting experience, including executive leadership, is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and strategic planning, with experience in leading accounting teams in a manufacturing, distribution, or multi-entity environment. The role demands a proven ability to influence executive decision-making through financial analysis and business insights, as well as advanced ERP and Excel skills with a continuous improvement mindset. The VP of Finance will also be involved in strategic initiatives, capital planning, banking relationships, and annual audits.
