Responsibilities Oversee and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of data centre construction projects, from initiation to completion. Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks as they arise. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and safety protocols. Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders and senior management. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among all project participants. Manage procurement processes, including vendor selection and contract negotiations. Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure project deliverables meet established standards. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Proven experience in project management, preferably within the data centre or construction industry. Strong understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and best practices. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams. Proficiency in project management software and tools. PMP or equivalent certification is a plus. Knowledge of data centre infrastructure and systems is highly desirable. Day-to-Day Collaborate with design and engineering teams to finalize project plans and specifications. Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and address any issues. Liaise with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Track project milestones and adjust schedules as necessary to meet deadlines. Facilitate regular project meetings to review progress and resolve challenges. Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, reports, and correspondence.
