Our client is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to work alongside the Controller and executive leadership team, providing the financial insights that drive operational and strategic decisions. This is a highly visible role with opportunities to collaborate across departments and contribute to the organization's continued growth. Key Responsibilities * Partner with the Controller and senior leadership to support strategic business initiatives. * Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and KPI analysis for executive review. * Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning. * Analyze financial performance, profitability, and operational trends to identify business opportunities. * Build financial models and provide recommendations to improve business results. * Support month-end reporting, variance analysis, and special projects. * Develop and enhance reporting tools and processes to improve decision-making. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. * 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance. * Advanced Excel skills with experience in financial modeling and data analysis. * Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting software. * Manufacturing experience preferred. * Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations to executive leadership.
