Respiratory Unit - Respiratory Therapist - $2230 per week.

Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• Experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required after submission).

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >65 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• COVID booster required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - Valley Health System (VHS).

Additional Details:

Unit Details: Acute care and Emergency Department respiratory therapy scope. Patient assessment, treatment of pulmonary disease, and pulmonary-related education. Patient ratios: 80:1, typically see 20-25 patients each round. Types of patients on unit: IP in ED, MSU, and Step-Down.

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend. No call.

14 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months

Driver’s license required for submission

Certifications:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) or the alternative certification CRT
