Base Pay: $25.00-$29.55 per hour (based on experience)
Shift: 3:00 PM-11:00 PM
Evening Shift Differential: +$2.00/hour weekdays | +$2.75/hour weekends
$10,000 Sign-On Bonus

Hunter Creek Health & Rehabilitation is building a strong nursing team under new leadership , and we're seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for our evening shift.

If you're looking for a fresh opportunity where you can provide hands-on resident care and be part of a supportive nursing team, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care and coordinate resident care during the assigned shift.
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition.
Supervise and support CNAs on the assigned unit.
Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team.
Follow infection prevention, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Current Alabama Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing – REQUIRED.
Current CPR/BLS certification.
Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute care experience preferred.
Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills.
Compassionate, dependable, and committed to quality resident care.
