Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, chat, or in person in a timely and professional manner. Listen carefully to customer concerns and provide accurate information and effective solutions. Resolve customer issues while maintaining a positive and helpful attitude. Process orders, returns, exchanges, and account updates as needed. Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions in company systems. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer needs are met. Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards. Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and share feedback with management. Handle challenging situations with patience, professionalism, and empathy. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Comfortable using computers, customer management systems, and common office software.
