What You'll Do Takes and responds to a high volume of inbound calls in a fast‑paced environment Works with multiple software programs and toggles between programs using dual monitors Patiently and compassionately responds to callers regarding confidential information Be at the forefront of business operations by managing critical tasks like front‑end duties, image and data capture, payment services, and content management for documents and transactions. Data entry of information into a variety of tracking systems What you'll need At least 1+ year(s) of customer service experience within a call center setting.
