Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative K&G Fashion Superstore is seeking a Customer Service Representative with a passion for delivering a world‑class shopping experience. Immediate openings are available. Key Responsibilities Handle all customer purchases, returns, exchanges, store credits and discounted transactions while following standard operating procedures and securing cash and negotiable documents. Employ suggestive selling techniques to enhance customer experience and respond to inquiries and needs. Assist with merchandise replenishment, store layout, recovery, general housekeeping, and monitoring floor stock and fitting‑room areas. Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge, POS instructions, promotions and advertisements. Qualifications Strong customer‑service orientation and a culture of customer obsession. Desire to learn and adapt to new programs and processes. Good communication and teamwork skills; able to consult with associates at all levels and contribute to a positive work environment. Physical Requirements Stand and walk for the majority of the shift; frequently bend, squat, twist, and lift up to 50 lbs. Climb a ladder to reach merchandise or supplies. Be able to see and distinguish between fabric patterns and colors. Pay and Benefits Pay range: $17.00 – $21.25 per hour. Competitive hourly rates and flexible schedules. Tuition reimbursement.
