Production Operator

Warehouse Associate

We're looking for dependable Warehouse Associates to join our team. This role combines warehouse work, forklift operation, and basic computer use in a modern facility that uses robotics to move and load products.

What You'll Do

• Manually unload truckloads and shipments.
• Operate a sit-down forklift safely and efficiently.
• Inspect trailers after unloading.
• Use computers and scan guns to direct robotic systems for loading and warehouse activities.
• Monitor laser-guided robots and restart them when needed.
• Help keep pallets, aisles, and work areas clean and organized.
• Follow all safety and quality procedures.

What We're Looking For

• Comfortable using computers and technology in a warehouse environment.
• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.
• Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay & Schedule

• A Shift (5:45 AM - 6:00 PM): $21/hr
• 2 openings
• C Shift (5:45 PM - 6:00 AM): $22/hr
• 3 openings
• D Shift (5:45 PM - 6:00 AM): $22/hr
• 1 opening
• 2-2-3 rotating schedule

Production Operator

We're hiring Production Operators to support our manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role focused on packaging products and helping keep production running smoothly.

What You'll Do

• Package finished products according to work instructions.
• Support production operations and general labor tasks.
• Inspect products for quality.
• Keep your work area clean and organized.
• Follow all safety and production procedures.

What We're Looking For

• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• A Shift (5:45 AM - 6:00 PM): $21/hr

• C Shift (5:45 PM - 6:00 AM): $22/hr

• D Shift (5:45 PM - 6:00 AM): $22/hr

• 2-2-3 rotating schedule

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kansas City, MO.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
