Now Hiring: Registered Nurse (RN) – PCU/Critical Care Location: Lancaster, Ohio Start Date: Asap Shift: Days (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM) Contract Length: 13 Weeks Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week We're seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with PCU/Critical Care experience for a 13-week contract opportunity in Lancaster, OH . Requirements Active Ohio RN License. Minimum 3 years of PCU/Critical Care experience. BLS & ACLS certifications (AHA). Experience with Cerner EMR preferred. Strong critical thinking, communication, and patient care skills. Job Duties Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care using the nursing process. Monitor and care for patients with progressive and critical care needs. Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately. Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team. Monitor patient condition and promptly report any significant changes. Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Cerner EMR. Implement physician orders and ensure quality, patient-centered care. Supervise and delegate appropriate tasks to nursing assistants and support staff. Ensure patient safety while adhering to hospital policies and best practices. Position Highlights Day Shift (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM). 13-Week Contract. 36 Guaranteed Hours Per Week.
