Job Overview:

We’re seeking a Chief Product Officer (CPO) to lead the product vision, strategy, and execution. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our core P2P product and integrating future acquisitions the company might pursue. The CPO will lead and build a team of product managers, designers, and analysts while partnering with the CTO to enhance our core offerings and drive innovative products that fuel growth.

Experience Requirement:

At least 5 years of leadership experience in fast-growth crypto companies is mandatory for this role

What You'll Do

Product Strategy

• Execute a long-term product strategy to position the company as the premier P2P marketplace.
• Align on strategy around various initiatives around the company
• Align product initiatives with business goals, identifying opportunities and mitigating threats through actionable roadmaps.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features and initiatives that deliver the most customer and business value.

Product Management

• Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring post-launch support and iteration.
• Deep experience constructively collaborating with experienced Engineering leaders.
• Partner with compliance, marketing, sales and other teams for seamless delivery.
• Establish and monitor key product metrics to track performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Ability to get your hands dirty when necessary.

Team Leadership

• Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing team of product managers and designers.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
• Guide team members in their professional development and inspire them to excel.

Data-Driven Execution

• Leverage analytics to inform decisions and optimize product performance.
• Utilize A/B testing and other experimentation techniques to fuel growth.

Market Analysis

• Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor movements, and emerging technologies.
• Conduct market research to uncover new opportunities and safeguard against risks.
