Job Summary
The Salesforce Developer will work within an Agile team focused on customer service experiences and support models for healthcare products. The role involves developing and enhancing solutions on the Salesforce Platform to support customer acquisition, servicing, and retention goals. The developer will collaborate with business partners, architects, analysts, and engineers to design scalable solutions while contributing to technical architecture, development standards, and release processes.

Key Responsibilities
• Build solutions on the Salesforce Platform within an Agile team, considering reusability, speed to market, and technical excellence.
• Collaborate with business partners, architects, analysts, and engineers to design and implement solutions.
• Provide recommendations on technical architecture, development standards, practices, and release processes for Salesforce development.
• Develop Salesforce solutions using low-code capabilities, such as Flows, and pro-code technologies, including Apex and Lightning Web Components.
• Create clear and concise design documentation.
• Participate in formal reviews of architecture, design, and code.
• Collaborate with team members to support customer experience and service model improvements.
• Contribute to tasks outside the primary role, including business analysis and quality testing, when needed to support team objectives.
• Learn and apply additional skills as required to address business requirements.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or post-primary degree in a technology-related subject area.
• 5+ years of development experience, including 2+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Expertise in building Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and low-code capabilities such as Flows.
• Strong analytical, engineering, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to document technical designs clearly and concisely.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within an Agile team and contribute to shared project goals.

Preferred Qualifications
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
• Salesforce Administrator certification.
