Location: Strongsville OH / Phoenix AZ / Dallas TX / Pittsburgh PA
Duration: Full Time
Job Description:
- 6-8 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter and related tools.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with databases like Oracle, SQL Server, or Teradata.
- Experience with data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and star/snowflake schemas.
- Familiarity with Informatica Cloud, IICS, or other cloud-based ETL tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of Unix/Linux scripting and job scheduling tools.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter.
- Collaborate with business analysts, data architects, and stakeholders to understand data requirements.
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading from various sources (RDBMS, flat files, cloud platforms).
- Optimize ETL performance and troubleshoot issues in production and development environments.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across systems.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for ETL processes and data flows.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
- Work with scheduling tools (e.g., CA7, Control-M) to automate ETL jobs.
- Support data migration and integration projects across enterprise platforms.
