Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Med/Surg Tele RN to join our team for a rewarding contract opportunity. This role requires a minimum of 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience, with a focus on providing high-quality patient care and support.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to patients in a Med/Surg Telemetry unit.
• Monitor and assess patient health status.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to plan and implement patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Educate patients and families on health management and treatment plans.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 18 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required.
• Active Ohio RN license or Compact State license in hand at the time of submission.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• One reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for.
