Wintrust is a $66 billion financial institution based in Rosemont, Illinois, and listed on the NASDAQ Global Select Market under the symbol “WTFC.”**What You'll Do:*** Develop and retain key credit and deposit relationships for the Bank.* Communicate and meet with board members and property managers, and attend various industry functions.* Develop relationships with Attorneys, Management Companies, Accountants, Reserve/Engineers, Insurance and other industry related professionals.* Perform credit analysis for existing and prospective commercial customers of the Bank.* Assist with the ongoing credit monitoring functions including financial statement review and loan covenant compliance.* Documentation of loans and amendments.* Update CRM database activities* Weekly calls updated in Outlook Calendar daily* Handle special projects and other duties as assigned by manager* Keep up to-date with Compliance Training* Portfolio Management**Qualifications:*** Bachelors Degree in Finance or Business or related field preferred* Three or more years experience in a banking or related environment.* Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.* Effectively present information in one-on one and group situations with all levels of individuals within the organization and/or industry.* Highly proficient in Word, Excel, Explorer and Outlook.
