Job Duties Coordinate and track projects, timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Support compliance activities, audits, file reviews, and business continuity planning. Assist with internal control testing, audit readiness assessments, and corrective action tracking. Maintain project documentation, procedures, records, and repositories. Compile and analyze reports, metrics, and performance data for leadership. Provide administrative support, including scheduling, onboarding, and access management. Utilize Microsoft Office 365 and AI-powered tools to improve workflows and efficiency. Support special projects and adapt to changing business priorities. Education Requirements Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience Requirements 3+ years of project management and change management experience. 5+ years of experience supporting customer-focused strategies and business operations. Strong experience with compliance programs, audits, documentation, and reporting. Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications. Excellent organizational, analytical, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently. Strong relationship-building and teamwork skills.
