When responsibility calls, you're ready to lead.These are the qualifications that matter.2 years of previous experience repairing industrial sewing machines requiredExperience with single-needle, double-needle, serger, or mattress sewing equipment preferredStrong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skillsBasic electrical and pneumatic knowledge preferredAbility to read technical manuals and equipment diagramsAbility to work independently in a manufacturing environmentStrong attention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periodsKey ResponsibilitiesDiagnose, repair, and maintain industrial sewing machines and related production equipmentPerform preventive maintenance and routine equipment inspectionsTroubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issuesAdjust machine settings to maintain stitch quality and production performanceReplace worn or damaged machine parts as neededAssist production operators with machine setup and minor repairsMaintain maintenance logs, repair records, and service documentationEnsure equipment operates safely and efficientlyCollaborate with production and management teams to reduce downtime and support workflowWhy This Job?
