These are the qualifications that matter. 2 years of previous experience repairing industrial sewing machines required Experience with single-needle, double-needle, serger, or mattress sewing equipment preferred Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills Basic electrical and pneumatic knowledge preferred Ability to read technical manuals and equipment diagrams Ability to work independently in a manufacturing environment Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Key Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and maintain industrial sewing machines and related production equipment Perform preventive maintenance and routine equipment inspections Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues Adjust machine settings to maintain stitch quality and production performance Replace worn or damaged machine parts as needed Assist production operators with machine setup and minor repairs Maintain maintenance logs, repair records, and service documentation Ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently Collaborate with production and management teams to reduce downtime and support workflow Why This Job?
