Central Oklahoma Community Mental Health Center (COCMHC) is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our team in Norman, Oklahoma. We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented professional with outstanding customer service skills to support multiple departments across our campus. In this role, you'll greet clients and visitors, assist with scheduling appointments, manage provider calendars, answer multiline phone calls, and perform a variety of administrative duties that help keep our operations running smoothly. Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree; or four years of technical clerical, administrative, secretarial, or general office work; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

About the facility: Central Oklahoma Community Mental Health Center (COCMHC) is a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic offering integrated, trauma-informed, and culturally competent mental health, substance abuse and primary care services to children, youth, adults, and families.
