Job Overview

We are seeking an elite Restaurant Manager to elevate the culinary and hospitality experience at our luxury private community clubhouse and SPA. In this role, you will orchestrate daily front-of-house operations, lead a dedicated service team, and ensure that our residents and their guests receive flawless, anticipatory service. The ideal candidate brings an extensive background in fine dining, country clubs, or five-star luxury resorts, paired with a natural passion for hospitality and impeccable attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Exemplary Member Relations: Cultivate strong, professional relationships with members; remember individual preferences, dietary restrictions, specific seat choices to deliver highly personalized service.

• White-Glove Service Leadership: Train, mentor, and supervise service staff in luxury fine dining protocols, including advanced wine and spirits presentation, tableside service, and proper etiquette.

• Special Events & Banquets: Collaborate closely with the culinary team and event coordinators to flawlessly execute all member events and seasonal holiday galas.

• High-End Operational Excellence: Maintain the pristine physical condition of the dining rooms, patios, and bars, ensuring every element matches luxury brand aesthetics and strict safety regulations.
• Financial Stewardship: Manage labor hours dynamically against community occupancy trends, minimize operational waste, control inventory for premium assets, and track POS data accurately.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience: 4+ years of food and beverage management experience exclusively within a luxury resort , 5-star hotel , fine dining establishment , or prestigious private country club .

• Hospitality Mindset: Refined communication, elite social skills, and the polished presence necessary to interact comfortably with members. 

• Beverage Knowledge: Strong foundational knowledge of fine wines, craft spirits, and mixology trends.

• Technical Savvy: Proficiency in club-specific management and reservation software, Northstar, alongside standard Microsoft Office and POS platforms.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work a varied schedule dictated by community seasons, including weekends, evenings, and high-profile community holidays.

  PHYSICAL DEMANDS – ABILITY TO:

• Grasp, lift, carry or transport up to 50 pounds.
• Push/pull wheeled carts weighing up to 100 lbs.
• Stand and walk for length of scheduled shift.
• Reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
• Perform the duties of this job while exposed to outside weather conditions as necessary
• Express and exchange ideas by means of the spoken word accurately, loudly, and quickly.
• Perceive the nature of sounds at a normal speaking level and make fine discriminations in sound.
• Have visual acuity to determine accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of the work assigned.
• Perform the duties of this job while exposed to outside weather conditions.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
