What We’re Looking For:
- Active member in good standing of the Florida Bar, eligible to practice law in Florida.
- 5+ years of civil litigation experience with proven success handling complex matters.
- Strong skills in analyzing and summarizing claims, case strategy development, and sound judgment.
- Experience taking and defending depositions.
- Exceptional oral advocacy, research, and writing skills.
- Proficiency in drafting pleadings, memoranda, briefs, reports, client communications, and discovery summaries.
- Local to the Tallahassee area.
