Registered Nurse

Signature HealthCARE seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver resident-centered care in our long‑term and post‑acute facility. The RN will assess residents, develop and implement care plans, administer medications and treatments, and document clinical outcomes. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate residents and families, and support quality and safety initiatives. Responsibilities Assess residents’ conditions and complete ongoing nursing evaluations Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans Administer medications and treatments per provider orders and facility protocols Monitor, document, and report changes in residents’ status Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members Educate residents and families on care plans, treatments, and health maintenance Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory standards Supervise and support LPNs/LVNs, CNAs, and other care staff as assigned Participate in quality improvement and resident‑centered care initiativesRespond to emergencies and perform basic life support as needed Patient assessment Care planning and care coordination Medication administration IV therapy and wound care Electronic Health Record (EHR) documentation Infection prevention and control Geriatric and long‑term care nursing Communication with residents and families Supervision of nursing assistants and support staff Emergency response and BLS Benefits Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in applicable state Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred Experience in long‑term care or post‑acute/skilled nursing preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
