Liaises with functional area managers to transition Site programs, ensuring identification and alignment with SRMC objectives, regulatory requirements, procedures, training, and execution. Evaluates training and procedure content and processes to ensure conformance and effectiveness. Develops and implements training as warranted. Assists facilities with issue investigations and corrective action programs to prevent event reoccurrence and improve overall ConOps performance. Ensures operational requirements are appropriately identified and incorporated into the design, planning, and execution processes and procedures Acts as subject matter expert, point of contact, and representative both internally and externally for ConOps programs and activities.
