The Operations Supervisor role has a national salary range of $62,500 - $70,000.

For roles in California the range is $70,304 - $82,000 and for roles in Washington the range is $80,169 - $82,000.

Job Description:

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of frontline associates by providing coaching, guidance, and support as needed, while also developing a strong team culture of inclusion and belonging.
• Take proactive measures to consistently uphold compliance with health and safety regulations, fostering a culture of heightened safety awareness throughout the organization.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to track performance and identify areas of improvement. Provide regular reports and analysis to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations for enhancing warehouse operations.
• Foster an environment of open communication and collaboration, facilitating regular and effective dialogue among leadership and associates to promote transparency, alignment, and teamwork.

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferred.
• 1+ years operations experience in a lead/supervisor/management role, preferred.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience, preferred.
• Staff management, workload planning, objective setting and organizational skills, preferred.

Operations Supervisor

The Operations Supervisor position operates on a rotating DuPont swing schedule , requiring coverage on both day and night shifts. Scheduled hours are 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM .

In this role, the supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations, leading forklift associates, and ensuring productivity, safety, and quality standards are met. The supervisor will regularly interact with customer representatives and warehouse personnel throughout the shift to coordinate workflow, resolve operational issues, and maintain a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support forklift associates and operational staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures.
• Monitor productivity and operational performance.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding daily operations and service needs.
• Address employee concerns, provide coaching, and support workforce development.
• Coordinate shift activities to meet customer and company expectations.
• Maintain accurate operational documentation and reports.

This position requires strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills, as well as the flexibility to work rotating day and night shifts.
