The successful candidate will support critical back-office functions, ensuring transactions are processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with industry regulations and internal quality standards. Job Description
As an Operations Associate, you will be responsible for processing a variety of operational activities that support financial accounts and transactions. This role requires strong attention to detail, critical thinking skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process daily operational work, including asset movements, account transfers, new account setup, and account maintenance activities.
• Complete routine and complex transactions accurately, efficiently, and within established service level agreements.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve operational issues and discrepancies in a proactive manner.
• Follow established procedures independently while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
• Utilize and support various financial products, software platforms, and business systems.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support service excellence and continuous process improvement.
• Contribute to a positive, professional, and customer-focused work environment.

Qualifications

Required

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience using Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment when resolving issues.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience within the financial services industry.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience processing high-volume transactional work in a deadline-driven environment.
• Experience supporting operational functions related to financial accounts, transfers, or asset movements.
• Familiarity with financial products, operational systems, and regulatory requirements.
