Team Member

Smoothie King

Shreveport, LA

Are you a fast, friendly, and multitasking person? Team Members are responsible for preparing and serving up our delicious, all-natural, energizing smoothies and smoothie bowls as well as consulting and assisting customers in choosing the right vitamins and nutritional supplements to help them reach their health and fitness goals. They are responsible for ensuring Guest satisfaction while following store policy and providing excellent customer service. We are searching for individuals that are looking for a fun and appreciation work environment with the opportunity to move up in to management roles. Come Rule the Day with us!

Responsibilities:
  • Making custom-blended smoothies and smoothie bowls the "Smoothie King Way"
  • "FRIENDLY UPSELLING" of our nutritional supplements and vitamins
  • Providing guests with information regarding our products
  • Providing the best TOTAL experience in the business
Qualifications:
  • Energetic and dynamic individuals who are excited about health and fitness
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Food Service experience preferred but not required
  • Commission Sales experience helpful
  • Ability to think outside the box to satisfy our guests
  • Genuine care and understanding for people's needs
  • Prior retail sales experience in the Nutrition/Fitness Industry is a PLUS!
