The TSS will address day‑to‑day issues that occur in a one‑to‑one technology environment. Diagnosing and repairing Chromebooks Troubleshooting technology issues Addressing help desk tickets to support the school environment Setting up and installing new technologies (as necessary) Assisting with set up for school presentations Other duties as assigned by the Director of Technology Assist with setting up presentations Work with wireless technologies Provide staff, teachers, and students with technical support with educational applications. Position Type: Full‑time Salary: $48,000 to $50,000 Per Year Job Categories: Support Staff > Computer Support Support Staff > Network Services Job Requirements High School diploma or GED, as well as some vocational training related to computer or information technology support Previous vocational training related to computer or information technology support preferred Strong understanding of web‑based applications Proficient in troubleshooting Windows 7,8, 10, 11, and macOS systems Experiences working in Google Workspace or G‑Suite Strong skillset and ability to repair and manage Chromebooks and iPads Familiarity with wireless environments Experience with Windows Server 2008 and above environment Positive attitude and willingness to learn Able to work in a self‑directed and team environment Excellent interpersonal skills Able to maintain confidentiality Good organizational skills Demonstrates initiative Strong communicator, both written and verbal High School/Trade School degree preferred.
