Qualifications

• Strong understanding of financial planning and retirement strategies
• Working knowledge of insurance products, investment solutions, and related planning strategies
• Previous experience in finance or a related field preferred
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field, or a minimum of five years of relevant industry experience is preferred
