Bartender

Job Description: At Main Event, bartenders craft cocktails, pour beer, and serve up great food, drinks, and fun for all guests. As a bartender, you create a welcoming environment and provide exceptional, timely service. You understand the menu inside and out, can make recommendations, and uphold the highest standards in safety and sanitation. Responsibilities Welcome and engage with guests while being an ambassador of fun. Recommend menu items and ensure order accuracy. Showcase extensive beer, wine, and cocktail knowledge. Deliver food and drinks promptly and anticipate guest needs. Create memorable experiences by providing exceptional service. Adhere to local and state alcohol laws, procedures, and policies. Process payment transactions and welcome guests back. Maintain a stocked, clean, and safe bar; complete side duties. Uphold cleanliness and safety standards. Position Requirements Minimum 6 months of bartending experience. Guest‑focused mindset. Teamwork ability is required. 21+ years of age. Alcohol certification, as required.
