Duties:

· Data entry and record keeping

· Filing and document management

· Communication handling

· Scheduling and coordination

· Office support tasks; photocopying, scanning, monitoring office supplies and assisting as needed.

Qualifications and skills required:

· Experienced background in bookkeeping / accounts payable / bank reconciliations

· Attention to detail for accurate data entry and record-keeping

· Communication skills for interacting with colleagues and the public

· Must possess computer proficiency including Microsoft Office, Word and Excel.

· Typing and use of a calculator is required.

Hours not to exceed 20 hours per week.
Work hours are between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday
