You will provide comprehensive administrative support to the President and Senior Leadership Team, managing complex schedules, coordinating executive communications, and ensuring leadership is prepared, informed, and positioned for success. You will bring organization and clarity to a fast-paced environment. You will confidently manage competing priorities, coordinate meetings and projects, track important deadlines, and ensure critical details are handled accurately and efficiently, even when plans change. You will anticipate needs and take initiative. What You Will Bring A minimum of three years of experience in executive assistance, senior administrative support, or a comparable role. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. Exceptional organizational, time-management, communication, and problem-solving skills. The ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and manage competing priorities with accuracy and professionalism. A demonstrated commitment to reliability, accountability, confidentiality, and teamwork. Two years of college or vocational training preferred. Previous healthcare experience preferred.
