Job Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and intakes, discuss goals with patients, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to integrate therapy into the overall patient care plan.
• Adjust therapy plans based on patient progress and provide education to patients and caregivers on safety, equipment use, and home care techniques.
• Regularly review and modify treatment plans, ensuring compliance with quality care standards and regulatory requirements.
• Participate actively in quality improvement initiatives and maintain professional skills through ongoing education and research.
• Engage in interdisciplinary meetings and contribute to the development of innovative therapy practices.

Education and Experience

• Clinical doctorate, Master's, or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
• Preferred: At least one year of physical therapy practice experience.

Licenses and Certifications

• Current, unrestricted license to practice Physical Therapy in the state of Washington.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to diverse audiences.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare providers, managers, and patients.
