Technical Project Manager

Technical Project Manager KBR’s National Security Solutions team provides high‑end engineering and advanced technology solutions to customers in the intelligence and national security communities. In this role, you will have a profound impact on protecting our national security. Key Responsibilities Manage technical projects from development through deployment. Coordinate stakeholders, schedules, milestones, and deliverables. Participate in technical design and development planning activities. Gather and manage deployment requirements. Facilitate certification, approval, and implementation activities. Track project risks, issues, and dependencies. Communicate project status to stakeholders and leadership. Support execution of complex cyber‑focused initiatives. Qualifications Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph. Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 10 years of experience (or equivalent). Minimum of three years managing complex technical projects. Experience planning and executing technical development efforts. Experience managing schedules, milestones, and deliverables. Knowledge of commercial technologies and technical capabilities. Demonstrated problem‑solving and analytical abilities. Desired: PMP certification. Desired: Experience supporting cybersecurity initiatives. Desired: Experience supporting intelligence community customers. Desired: Experience with Agile development methodologies. Desired: Experience managing multidisciplinary teams. Compensation Basic: $164,800 to $201,500 (Virginia area). Additional compensation may include bonuses, commissions, sign‑on bonus, relocation benefits, short‑term and long‑term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
